Our journey began with a spark—ignited by a story in How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. It was the story of Edward Bok, a 14-year-old boy transformed by reading the biography of a U.S. president. That simple act of reading changed the course of his life. For us, it raised a powerful question: What if books could still do that today—ignite purpose, shift mindsets, and change nations?
Shortly after that moment of inspiration, a conversation with a friend confirmed what was already stirring in our hearts: to build a publishing house for people who think beyond themselves—legacy-minded individuals who want to make a difference with their words.
At Brisk, we believe books are not just for information—they are tools for transformation. That’s why we help authors, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers craft and publish powerful books that inspire others, challenge harmful narratives, and preserve wisdom for future generations.

As leadership consultants, we’ve seen firsthand how distorted thinking and disillusionment with national identity are stalling progress—especially in countries like Nigeria.
